I’m Jodha. I took an app from 10 to 15 purchase events a day to 56 with the same traffic, read a paywall test at 2.5x revenue per user, and replaced a $240K-a-year ad production bill with one build. It starts with your ICP. Then I run paywalls, onboarding, email, Meta ads and Mixpanel as one system.
I’m Jodha. I build the systems that bring buyers in: organic search and video for a bullion marketplace, an enterprise pipeline for an industrial machine maker, a distributor network for an FMCG brand, and high-net-worth lead gen for a Bitcoin protocol. It always starts with the ICP, studied like a bible.

Making moneyA 7-day trial on the $89.99 yearly plan took purchase events from 10 to 15 a day to 56, with installs flat.
Saving moneyA $20,000-a-month production bill became a one-time build that makes ad packs on demand.

A note from me
Most apps I look at don’t have a traffic problem. They have a paywall that asks too early, a trial nobody has tested, and a Mixpanel board nobody fully trusts.
I’ve spent the last year inside those problems at Runout, from a trial that earned 2.5 times more per user to a release that quietly halved paywall reach. I spec the test, write the emails, brief the ads and read the result in dollars. If your app charges, book a call or send it over. I’ll show you where the money leaks.
Most good companies I meet are invisible to the buyers who should be ordering. The product is real and the customers are loyal, but the next big account never hears about them.
I fix that with systems: lists of the accounts that fit and outreach timed to when they buy, partners who bring you into projects early, search pages and videos that bring buyers in for free, and a site or distributor portal that makes ordering easy. Book a call and I’ll show you the first three moves.

Jodha joined as our designer and ended up running growth across the whole funnel. He finds where paying users drop off, tests a fix and shows us what it did to revenue.

Our buyers are plant heads and maintenance managers, and they're hard to reach. Jodha built us a list of the right plants across five industries, worked out who to talk to in each one, and set up the outreach.

Research on your users, your app’s real UI rebuilt as a motion library, four ad formats and hooks on tap. Built once and yours to keep. The build is quoted after the teardown, and running it is part of the $4,500 retainer.

About
I’m Harinder Singh Jodha, Jodha to most people. The easiest way to explain my job, especially at a family wedding, is that I’m a wingman. Your product might be great, but right now it’s standing in the corner of the party. I walk the right people over, make the introduction, and make sure they leave with a number. Ideally a card number.
On one side there’s someone with a real problem: a stacker looking for silver below spot, a plant manager who needs a supplier he can trust, a poker player who keeps losing the same hands. On the other side there’s a product that fixes it. Most of the time they never meet. Growth hacking, for me, is the wingman’s job with better tools: find where those people already hang out, put the right line in front of them, and measure every step so I know which introduction worked.
More and more, that introduction starts with a question typed into Google, or asked to ChatGPT. So a lot of my work is SEO and AEO. AEO is answer engine optimization, SEO for when the answer comes from ChatGPT or Google’s AI instead of ten blue links. I build pages that answer the exact question people ask, keep the facts consistent so AI tools name the right business, and make short videos that answer the same thing in a minute. For PeerMetals that meant #1 on Google for “peer to peer precious metals marketplace” and a YouTube Short with 7.3 million views.
When paid makes more sense, I run Meta ads made with an AI production stack, so one person can test what used to need a team. Then I work the paywall, the onboarding and the emails until the people who show up actually pay. Mixpanel tells me which step is broken, so I fix that one first.
I started out as a designer, Runout Poker’s first, which is why my pages don’t look like spreadsheets. Now I’m Growth PM there, and I consult for D2C brands through Amplify X Digital and for companies in manufacturing, B2B SaaS, distribution and Bitcoin.

Pipelines
Finds the cheapest way to get more paying subscribers, then tests it fast. For an app that means the ad, onboarding, the paywall, the offer and pricing, and the tracking that proves which change made money. I also build whatever the test needs: paywall specs, onboarding flows, event schemas and ad packs.
Subscription apps with a paywall, usually founder-led and growing on Meta. I don’t pitch apps that compete with the poker and blackjack apps I work on.
It depends on your audience and your plans, which is why it gets tested. On Runout, a beginner trial read at about 2.5 times the ARPU of the hard paywall in the first read, and on Blackjack Wiz a 7-day trial on yearly took purchase events from 10 to 15 a day to 56. The lifetime value question is read later, once renewals come in.
A system built around your app: research on your users, your real app screens rebuilt as a motion library, presenter, animated and static formats, and scripts written from what your users say. Built once, it makes new ads on demand instead of on a monthly invoice. Drawdown Brands replaced a $20,000-a-month production bill with one.
Read access to Mixpanel or your analytics, RevenueCat or your billing, and the ad account or a weekly export. Every number I report comes from your own data.
Ads read in days. Paywall and offer tests read within weeks, once trials have turned into payments. The teardown tells you which levers are quick for you.
Because every test, ad, page and outreach line is only as good as the picture of the buyer behind it. Before anything ships I write your ICP down and check every piece of work against it: who buys, who signs, the job they’re hiring you for, the words they use, where they spend time, what makes them buy and what stops them. Every hook, paywall, email and message is checked against it, and it gets updated as the data comes in.
You work with me directly. The person on the call is the person doing the work. An agency usually owns one channel and reports on that channel. I own the path from search or ad to payment or enquiry, and I build the pieces myself.
Delhi, on India time. I work with teams in India, the US and Europe. Calls are set in your hours, most work runs async on WhatsApp, and you get a written update every week.
Yes, and they’re often the best fit. Blastpro builds industrial shot blasting machines, Neelgagan has made stationery since 1951, and Varanasi Ashik sells through distributors. The work is the same: find the buyers who should be ordering, reach them before a competitor does, and make ordering easy.
SEO gets your pages ranking in Google. AEO, answer engine optimisation, makes your pages the clearest answer to a buyer’s question so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI can quote them. GEO, generative engine optimisation, makes sure those tools know who you are and describe you correctly. Buyers now use all three before they call anyone.
The audit is free. A growth audit with a 90-day plan is $1,500. The monthly retainer starts at $2,500, and $4,500 with a B2B lead generation or distributor system running. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta directly. Big website rebuilds are quoted separately.
Outreach to target accounts starts producing conversations in the first month. Fixes to an existing site can move in weeks. New search pages usually take three to six months to rank well, and AI answers follow the pages, so you get a report every month to see it build.
Yes, it’s most of the brand work. Blastpro got an enterprise pipeline for its machines, Fuse Analytics a pipeline timed to HR system migrations, and Coffer Network a pipeline of high-net-worth Bitcoin holders for its wallets and staking.
No. Anyone who guarantees a ranking or an AI mention is guessing. What I promise is a clear plan, steady shipping, honest monthly reports, and nothing published on invented claims.

Growth · poker training app
2.5x more revenue per user from one paywall test, plus the email, retention and Mixpanel work behind 145K+ installs on iPhone and iPad.
The case in 30 seconds
MeasuredPlayers were leaving before they ever paid. The paywall showed up at the wrong moment, nobody had tested a trial, and the tracking couldn’t be trusted.
A beginner trial tested against the hard paywall, a shorter onboarding for players over 55, a 4-email win-back for lapsed trials, a PLO cross-sell and clean Mixpanel tracking.
The trial arm earns 2.5x more revenue per user, and a release that cut paywall reach from 64% to 34% was caught and fixed. Over the same months, iPhone installs went from 8.6K a month to 45K.
What I did
I run growth for Runout Poker. I find where paying users leak out, test the fix, and read the result in dollars.
How it was done
Who they are
Runout is a subscription poker trainer for recreational players aged 45 to 70. Most of its growth is on Apple: 145K+ installs on iPhone and iPad, and 10,468 first purchases through the App Store. On Google Play it has 50K+ installs and 4.5 stars from 4,590 reviews. All paid growth runs on Meta, and the team’s apps are the biggest in their category by Meta ad spend.

New beginners were split between paying on day zero and a trial. At the day-8 read, the trial arm was earning about 2.5 times more per user.
2.22x in tier-one countries, 2.69x elsewhere. The test then went to two arms at 50/50.
Mixpanel showed older players leaving before they ever saw the paywall. Their path got shorter, a quiz lets them try the trainer first, and the rating ask waits for a good moment.
After v1.2.1, paywall reach after onboarding fell from 64% to 34%. I traced it in Mixpanel to the build sending new users to Home, and it was fixed.
Time to paywall: about 15 minutes before, 18.7 hours after.
Runout’s paying players are the cheapest audience the PLO Trainer will ever get. The pitch changes with the player’s rating, shows once, and disappears for anyone who already has a PLO account.

The seven-arm test was cut to two arms at an even split from mid July, so each arm gets enough buyers to read in weeks.
A shorter path for older players, a quiz that demos the trainer, its own 3-day trial paywall with a clear timeline, and a gated App Store rating ask.
Average time to paywall went from about 15 minutes to 18.7 hours and the trial split drifted to about 98/2. Traced in Mixpanel to the build sending users Home, then fixed with the developer.
First purchases went from 104 to 120 and trials from 131 to 134 on day one.
ROAS on the PLO app looked terrible because revenue events were broken in Mixpanel. Fixed, so spend is judged on real revenue.

Trial vs hard paywall, plan order, trial length and web checkout, all read on revenue per user rather than taps.
The experiment variant lived on app events, so server purchases carried no variant at all. Fixing that, plus double assignment, is what makes every test readable.
A 4-email sequence for trials that lapse, streaks and ratings that bring players back, and renewals as the guardrail on every test.
Hooks and scripts for three apps, written from a pro-player persona and read on CPA and trial starts, with line art as the top format.
Paying Runout players see a PLO pitch tuned to their rating band, once, with a kill switch for anyone already on PLO.
A Meta ad, a quiz in the browser, Stripe, then the app, so the store’s cut stays with the business.
On a hard paywall, each point of paywall reach or conversion is revenue on day one with no extra ad spend. On the trial arm, each new beginner was worth about 2.5 times as much, with no extra ad spend.

One AI ad engine: user research per app, the real app screens rebuilt in code, four ad formats and three hooks per ad, made on demand.
$240K a year came off the production bill. New ads arrive in days, and the first day of spend shows which format wins.
What I did
Drawdown was paying about $20,000 a month for ad production. I built an engine that makes the ads instead, once, for all their apps.

Who they are

How it was done
Who they are

The case in 30 seconds
LaunchedA Bitcoin horse-racing game needed people ready on two dates: the genesis drop and the game launch.
Two launch campaigns on X: a countdown to the drop, one post per game idea, and a free trainee horse for every wallet.
Both launches ran on X, built around three actions: follow and know the date, mint on drop day, connect a wallet on launch day.
What I did
I was on the team that built Bitcoin Derby and ran its launches on X: the genesis drop and the game launch.
How it was done
Who they are
Bitcoin Derby is a horse-racing game on Bitcoin: collect Equinals, race them, stake them and bet on races. It’s backed by Draper VC and Boost VC. I was on the team that created it and ran its launches on X.

OngoingThree D2C brands, a drink, a pet food and a menswear label, each losing first orders to one doubt.
One angle per brand that answers that doubt in the ad, creative tests, page fixes, and a plan for the second order.
Each brand now has one clear angle and a second-order plan. The work is tracked on cost per first order, second orders and returns.
What I did
Through Amplify X I consult for three D2C brands: find the doubt that stops a first order, answer it in the ad, and plan the second order.
How it was done
Who they are
Through Amplify X Digital I consult for D2C brands. Each pays for its first order and earns on the ones after, so the work centres on the first-order doubt and the second order.
